Central IL | If you need the cash flow you could sell off the combine. Why not store at commercial storage until Jan-Mar time frame when acreage battle hits full swing again? I suspect a lot of acres back to beans and wheat given price levels and inputs. I would hazard a guess corn acres for next year will be below 2006 and you'll see $4 again which would pay the commercial storage and a tidy bonus.
Of course as usual in marketing strategy, I could be completely wrong. | |
