Mike, I have a bunch of those old 66 series tips if you're interested in them. When we were running the 66s & 86s we installed the levers on the sides of the block to help pop thewm out of the blocks. I believe Shoups still sell them. A handy item to have as I recall we always had trouble getting them out of the couplers, but once out they would go back in under pressure.
