If what you are using is a true AMS solution it will work fine. You will just need to adjust the rate according to the Callisto label dry ams use rate. If it is a low use rate water conditioner (ie: 1qt/100 gal water) you might want to consider not using it. These products were designed for glyphosate and don't provide the needed nitrogen that the label requires. In a respray situation this could become an issue.
