Subject: How far for pasture/hay ground?

Had a guy contact me a couple weeks ago. Has 240 acres of pasture and hay groundfor rent. About 160 is open. It is in an area that is rocky right under the surface, and pretty droughty. I would guess 4 acres per pair max, and that probably wouldn't get enough hay for the winter. The owner would really just like it hayed, as he's a new "city owner" and wants it for the hunting. He's wanting about max rent for it, and, oh yeah, it's 45 miles from home, with a 20 ton load limit bridge on the only decent access.

I think I already know the answer to this one, but was wondering.
