Subject: Drought stressed corn silage?

Does anyone have experience with drought streessed corn silage. What is the feed value for Beef cows and for feeding steers. I am aware of nitrates being an issue. Especially interested if it can be used in feeding out steers (Angus). What would your ration look like for growing and finishing. How much corn or Distillers grains would be included. The corn being made into silage varies from having no ears to a few. Any advice or info is appreciated
