Planting cotton, I presume. I've got a question for you about your planter. Do you run the toolbar in the flex or rigid position? I've got a 1720 planter. Bar is painted JD green from factory, but it's an Orthman bar. I feel like i have to run in the flex position due to rolling ground, but I don't like how the outside units dig in and scoot sideways when lowering and raising the planter because of the drooping wings. If you run flex, do you have the "gullwing" attachment? If so, how well does it work? Thanks for any info you may have.
