Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | Checked the EZ Guide plus site last night and saw that they had the new 4.11 firmware and the procedure for setting the light bar for the new WAAS satellites posted.
It rained overnight, so no harvest today. This morning I installed the new 4.11 firmware in my EZG + light bars and wondered if the new firmware would include the settings to turn off the old WAAS satellites and turn on the new.
I did the WAAS setting procedure after installing the new firmware and discovered that the new firmware does NOT set the light bar for the new satellites, you need to go into the GPS settings and manually change them. In my case here in ND, PRN 122 off, POR off, PRN 135 off. PRN 138 heed hlth.
Maybe not news to you guys, but a bit of a challenge for a first time amateur like me.
