| all notill. I still play around a little every year with a disc ripper to compare, but that was not the problem. Most looks pretty good, just still see a few spots that could have been a little better. If it is warm, this isn't a problem. We had a sharp cold spell for the better part of a month after planting and it really put the brakes on the corn planted from 4-20 on. The stuff planted when it was decent earlier really has a leg up on the rest.
Side note, my planter has early riser units. In no way would I use anything with truvee openers without cleaners or coulters in front of them. Big difference. | |
