Caraway, AR
Ron,
On "this place"we have gotten away from the AI tips. They are great for putting the spray on target, but the droplet size is to large for good coverage (do a paper test) Really shows on marestail and other hard to kill weeds.

Cone sprays ( I think TX18) will give the best coverage hands down, because of smaller droplet size, however because of this, 5 MPH would be top wind speed.

Flat fans offer a good compromise and thats what we spray with 75% of time.

Can't have cake and eat it, as the saying goes.

!0 MPH, 10 GPA, space on 19" ( we plant in 38" rows for cotton, or soys could be anything)

With these nozzles we switch from one to the other as conditions dictate.

I guess the tips you all are talking about are comparable with Tjet, but I can buy the T's cheaper here so that's what I use.
Now if the pic works.

Have a good Sunday,
John
