Subject: Semi is dumping air out of the bendix air drier and can't figure it out.

Central NE

My KW T600 leaks air out of the bottom of the reciever drier.  I replaced the drier, and thought that solved the problem, but only for a day.  Then leak developed behind dash and I replaced the red supply valve.  I thought that solved my problems.  Now it's back to leaking out the bottom of the drier again.  I also replaced the Governor on top of the air compressor but the drier still leaks air.

When you start the truck, air builds to 120 psi no problem and no leaks.  When you push the brake pedal several times until the compressor kicks in at about 90 or 100psi, the air from the compressor starts comming out the bottom of the drier instead of charging the tanks.

What is going on?  both the old drier and the brand new one are discharging in the same way.???
