| In some of our low ground we plant beans with the corn planter (38"). The drill will just bulldoze in the muck. Plus to much plant growth = white mold. The problem is the trench gets to be about 6 to 8" deep. The ridges don't always level off before combining. If I drag or run a roller over the beans, they may get covered with several more inches of dirt. Is this getting to deep for the beans?? We've done this quite a bit in the past with corn. | |
