| AMS also helps some weeds accept glyphosate, for sure button weed (velvet leaf).
All the labels I've read say 5 to 15 gallons of water per acre for ground based sprayers, but allow 3 gallons per acre for aerial spraying. 10 works for me though one of my neighbors runs 15 with air induction nozzles and it looks like a fog behind the spray boom.
The trouble I see with getting the volume really small is that the nozzles would have to be also quite small and so make tiny drops with more of a tendency to drift and a tendency to clog screens or nozzles. Or the ground speed has to be uncomfortablly fast.
