Let this universal RTK rcvr take the JD signal & make it Trimble, of visa-versa.



One of the reasons this is not currently possible is that the JD system has the pitch and roll sensors built into the green dome. Trimbles roll, pitch and yaw sensors are in the Nav controller. This effectively means that a Trimble receiver could not effectively control a JD autotrac because there would be no roll or pitch compensation.

That said, I don't doubt that in years to come (not too many hopefully) you will see agricultural systems move further down the ISOBUS route so that you will be able to mix and match. There is already a strong presence in Europe of ISOBUS technology, particuarly in trailed fertiliser spreaders and sprayers.
