Subject: RE: New Viper + Envizio

Has anyone had a chance to look at these products yet?

Intrigued by the changes to the Viper - can communicate direct with tech support for trouble shooting, more memory, and able to handle 5 products.

New Envizio looks great too - bigger screen, and basically same as Viper but no communication abilities.

I also understand that you can have it communicate with a computer in your office to be able to track progress LIVE.

This is the only press release I can find but it does not mention any of the above. Can you please tell me where I can find the information you are refering to?
