Where Lewis and Clark finished the rum
If you have an extra GPS out, or GPS splitter or maybe even get another GPS, Farmworks sitemate works well for this - if you put it on a laptop (instead of IPAQ), so you can see the screen. I use old Panasonic Toughbooks - CF-27's run at 300-500 Mhz and have 10 or 12" screens. If you want to do marking of weeds or hazards, you are out of luck with Farmworks on a laptop, period. You have to go to their IPAQ version 9.x (vs now 11 or 12). There you can set up to 8 "flags" or "tags" or whatever one wants to call them so one can mark hazards in the field.

I also use their IFB?2? box to turn logging on/off with the sprayer control. It works well on the laptop, but I'm not sure about IPAQ - my initial effort failed, but I think it was me.
There is some other software that I don't use from a company in Mn, but I forget the name right now. I know they do "tags", but am not sure about a coverage map.
