I wouldn't count on unseeded acreage claims. Soybeans can be planted until June30 in Ontario. Although if they aren't in the ground by June 12-14 they may let you claim. Realistically though, would you rather have Usab cover your rent or plant beans late that would likely trigger a PI claim in the end or just lose $ due to a crappy market...Bare ground actually looks kind of attractive.
