Gary, I haven't heard any details about switchgrass...do you have any more to share about how the mechanism would work??

Would it be a payment to the farmer or something a la the current ethanol tax credit to the blender via the ethanol producer??

Personally, I cannot envision anyone with GOOD corn and bean ground planting switchgrass---unless that $270 is a check to them--because I don't know who is actually going to be in the switchgrass market to buy the stuff next year or the year after....can you store this stuff for five years??---and then maybe you are 150 miles from the user??

At very first blush, it looks like CRP ground would come out and get planted to switchgrass, not the high quality dirt...
