I would make sure that you are running the latest GS2 software for the spinning thing, as far as the receiver goes I have seen those TCMs fail in the early receivers. If you set your Height of the receiver to one inch that will take almost all of the tcm corrections out of the system then you can see if it was the tcm or not. Alot of times the best way to see what is wrong is to just try and swap the receiver with a known good one just to try. Thats the quickest way to find out if you have a problem with your receiver. Have you tried unplugging the receiver and plugging it back in sometimes just removing power will help. Deere doesnt currently have an exchange program from the GEN II receivers to the ITC receivers. Check with your local dealer to see if they would give you any allowance on a trade in type program. Its hard not to think of precision farming components as another piece of iron. Basically its kinda like buying a computer after a while the technology is old and hard to update and the old hardware is not worth a whole lot anymore.
