Subject: Hog finishing contracts

Iowa
I've been approached by a couple outfits wanting to put up buildings here in the last month. I've never built one before or been around them very much. What questions should I ask - they have multiple options - own building only, basically be hired help, own buildings and % of hogs. What ?'s should I ask? For those of you who have done it in the past how has it worked for you? Should you look at 1200's or 2400's? Obviously contract length would be a huge factor, as well as company stability and longevity. Give me an education - I'm young and dumb yet looking for oppertunities. The big thing I'd be looking at is going to all corn being able to put manure on every acre (1/2 acres are in MMP).
