We cut a little piece off the bottom of the sack and pull them out. You get the testicle and about a foot or more long cord. That way it leaves nothing for infection or dirt or what ever to find its way up into the body. It also allows everything to drain out. They will swell up but it shrinks down after a week or 2. We also give them a shot of penicillin and do it again a few days later. Can't remember how many cc right now. Some people cut a line down the side and pull them out but the blood and everything collects in the sack, smells and attracts fly's. We never get fly's the way we do it.

Take care,

Nathan
