I notill corn into triticale every year. Triticale is not alleopathic to corn like rye. It is more like wheat. Night and day difference between the alleopathic problems of rye and triticale with corn. I've done them both and that is why I no longer use rye. Maybe different varieties of triticale have different alleopathic properties??? Just a thought.
