I agree that in many areas the cell coverage is very poor. In Canada, where I live, we have some areas though, where the cell service is exceptional, and the SBAS signal is poor! Look for the CDGPS signal to be distributed by unconventional means in the future, (other than satellite), all over the world.
NovaTel has been an excellent company to work with, and I have found their products to be first rate. I've worked with virtually every brand out there, and the NovaTel product is equal to any of them.
