The WAAS 138 satellite is still not deemed to be 100% reliable by the FAA (it's still undergoing testing) so your customer should not be trying to use it at this stage. Also, he should try just selecting 1 WAAS satellite - either 135 or 122. Sometimes having more than 1 selected can cause issues.
