Subject: WAAS reception east of Maine

Fargo, ND

I have a customer having trouble getting reliable WAAS reception way east of here, northeastern US. He has a new EZ-Guide 500 WAAS with the latest firmware. Is that the norm for that part of the county? He has all of the WAAS satellites turned on. Thanks.
