If you are concerned about the accuracy of the EZ-Steer, you might look for a dealer who is willing to upgrade to AP if the EZ-Steer does not perform to your expectations. From a technical point of view, from your experience, it sounds like you should be able to handle any of the required tasks installing either systems.
