Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | The update package from Ag Leader for the Insight always includes all current versions of the firmware for the Insight display and all modules.
Even if there has been no change in the firmware, the firmware for each potential module that you might have is included.
As you have probably surmised, V 4.0 for the Insight requires V 1.6 for the Liquid Application Module. However the Auxillary Input Module is still at 1.1 thus not requiring an update.
As far as entering the full tank value for NH3, I never bother. I just switch to a new region for each new tank and enter the tank number as the name for the region. The acre counter for the new region will be zero. I just watch the acres and can predict when the tank should be getting empty.
This is in a straight application and would not work for VR where the number of acres that a tank should cover is more difficult to predict. |
