| I have a 132 in the office for a 10 Hz upgrade, it dropped from 10 to 5 Hz when I switched it to WAAS. This does not mean that it will actually do 5 Hz on WAAS, but it will allow me to set it for 5 Hz when on WAAS correction. Our 332 has no problem with 10 Hz on WAAS, but I would not buy one to run on only on WAAS. The Coast Guard was not going to shut down their maritime beacons, the beacons in question are those funded by outside sources and operated by C. G. (it was DOT, now the Office of Technology or something like that). I take this to mean any beacon not on the coasts or a major waterway. Funding is now through late 2008 for the interior beacons. | |
