Farmscan, Rinex, GPS-Ag all make cables for this. The last version of SF2 firmware had some issues with NMEA but the new software has fixed this.
The issue was that you would only get a string every 7 seconds with the last firmware version. I got around this issue by downgrading the firmware a version.
The pin outs are described in the about box of the Sf software utility.
