Subject: Bull leasing

I am curious about bull leasing, I guess is the proper term. I will try to put the situation into perspective. Let's say my neighbor has 25 cows but no bull. I have bull that I am not using. I don't want paid directly and the nieghbor doesn't want to pay cash for using the bull. I am thinking that I would like some heifer calves back in return for using my bull or a discount on the calves or first choice of heifer calves. Anybody done something like this? What would be fair? Calves would be selected at weaning if picking calves. 1 calf per 25 cows? 2? or 1/3 price discount for my choice of calves upto a set number? I know someone will say just have nieghbor pay a flat rate for using the bull then buy the calves outright but that is not an option in this situation. Thanks for any ideas.
