There are a couple of things to look at, first what type of base are you using, MS 750 or AgGPS RTK 900 Base, next what firmware is on your SN900, 2.74, is so there is a setting error on the SN 900 when using with the AgGPS RTK 900 Base. Email me and I can help you with this
