Seems we've had to call our dealer to adjust our Insight/Autopilot setup a couple of times in 2 years. They have to bring a laptop & reset the "dead zone" and/or the steering settings to correct "s-turning" the autopilot wants to do when the hydraulic oil warms up. Our hyd oil starts out cold at about 35 degrees C, but warms to about 85C during the day.

I understand that the Trimble version of the Insight allows operator to make those adjustments himself by using a password. AL Insight does not allow operator access to these items. It needs to be done w/a laptop & the correct software.

Why would that be? Should it remain that way?
