If it is a STX Steiger, there is a cable acess in the floor by the fuse panel on the left side. there is two little covers sandwiched together with padding for a good seal. You can run it through there and run the cable up the outside of the cab post. I have used a little pad with adheasive on the back and it has a place to attach a zip tie to it, works great.
