north central Oklahoma
Waiting for the adjusters to do the waffle step. I gayronteeee, they are schoolin' them guys in the art of non-comittal appraisals as we speak. They are gonna dump the judgement call on us, and avoid zeroing anything out. We need to get together on this guys and apply some pressure. To what, I don't know. The corn here should be near calf high anyway, it hasn't showed it's face yet since the freeze. What does manage to show up now will burn up in July/August and won't be harvestable. They know that, but if you want your entire indemnity, you will have to take it to harvest, thus allowing them to delay payment for 120 days.
