Subject: RE: Start To Finish, A Flock Of Heavy Hen Turkeys

Ozark, Arkansas
That's some real interesting pictures, I raise Turkey's for Butterball here in Ozark, Arkansas. we just keep em 13 weeks, about 15 pounds, we have 2 units, 16,000 in each brooder house, move em at 6 weeks here too. It looks like you single ring, we double ring here, 800 per ring. we raise about 180,000 per year
we're getting ready to install ziggity Big Z waterers in one house,
right now we have just nipple drinkers, in the brooder houses, looks like you have to have a lot more insulation in the houses up there,

we have Gasolec heaters in the brooder houses, we've been growing here going on 10 years.

it's always interesting to see how everybody else raises turkeys
