Come on, with a name like Oklahoma Duster I would expect you to have an understanding of beef. I am mostly a grain farmer, but even I know enough to know that a good steak is going to come from a properly finished, grain fed animal which is almost certain to be finished in a feedyard, not from some scraggly old grass cow.
