Subject: growing 100 bushel wheat

What are some of you guys doing to grow high soft red winter wheat yields?

I know of some around that can claim 90-100 bushel yields but I can't seem to get the job done.

I have 25r47 pioneer planted and it looks great. It has 36 lbs. of nitrogen on this fall w/ the dap. The seed was treated w/ fungicide and insecticide as well.

What is the best way to apply the nitrogen? UAN or urea or Ammonium nitrate??

Was thinking of using kocide for a spring fungicide. Is this a good choice and if so when should it be applied.

Was wondering as well if I should throw some micronutrients on it as well, namely sulfur.

Thanks for any suggestions
