Nutbush, TN | Start by visually inspecting the perimeter of where the touchscreen meets the outer casing. See if there are any particles visible. Generally, these particles work their way into the lower edge. Turn the display so the particles will be able to fall out and not fall inside. Press on the screen so that the particles will have room to be freed. Shake lightly if necessary. If no particles are visible, try this method on all 4 sides. If the touchscreen is still not working properly, try using a business card to go around the edges. This can help with dislodging particles.
