Subject: Fees for online trading

Hello, I am interested in what fees you guys pay for online futures trading. Is it per trade, per contract, etc. I am looking at Lind Waldock, but of course, they don't seem too forthcoming with what they are going to charge for their service. Also interested in other online trading services to compare prices. Thanks
