Subject: Re: Insight split planter with different number of rows each side

Is there a way to lie to the Insight for seed command to make it think you are pulling two planters one behind the other? I plant twin row corn with a white planter with a splitter. The second bar is pulled behind the first by about seven feet and offset 8 inches to the side. I would like to be able to use the seed command to shut off both planters, but it would have to be staggered as you come into the point rows. For example- first the front planters first three rows then the back planters first three rows, then back up to the front for the next three, etc.... The techs at agleader say they can't think of a way to do it without having a second planter module, which the Insight won't recognize at this time. They think they will have it supported for next year. Can you think of any ways I would be able to pull it off this year?
