I am currently working on a spread sheet to offer some of my landlords a variable rent somthing around a third of gross rev with a cap and floor. I have several who I am sure will come after a pound of flesh when leases are up this fall. Am trying to be proactive and offer somthing before they demand somthing from me. When I finish I will post for your input.
