What are you using to control the autopilot? lightbar or insight/FMD?

What I CAN tell you are some settings from my 3320. line aquisition aggressiveness is 60% gain is 30 i think, dzr and dzl are like 64 and 65. and aggressiveness in the insight is 110%.

Are you using the trimble default settings for 3185 row crop or broadacre? from which version external profile?

as far as the wheels chattering, steering and boom control are on the same loop, try screwing down the limiter on the boom cylinder so it doesn't take as much oil. I'm guessing it isn't a pressure problem as much a volume issue.
