60 acres 20 mins south of me mudded in. But we got 2" of rain since then. Nothing going to be happening before the 11-12 at absolute soonest. Some of the BTOs in our area have to be sweating....they usually start around 3/30. Most normal people in our area start 13-15th...but I suspect even they will be late this year.
