Mid tech tech support let me down today.

Ok I have a couple things to say about this!

1. CenterLine Basic with NO GPS has never came with a GPS Cable, Should it? YES! But it doesn't and if your dealer didn't know that then you should find a dealer that knows the products he is selling.

2. A good dealer would have these parts in inventory! What good is a dealer network if they aren't going to support the product?

3. On average it takes oh say 30 seconds from the time I request a drawing of a cable for it to end up in my e-mail.

I am not trying to bash your dealer or just brag about Mid-Tech, but from my personal experience as a dealer I would put Mid-Tech up against just about any of the other company's I work with.

Something else to keep in mind, at least you don't sit on hold for 20 minutes and then be forced into leaving message or get a summer intern that don't know what the term "new box" means!
