Pasco WA. | I am replacing timothy and sweet corn with grain corn. Also lots of wheat, alfalfa, and seed crops being replaced with corn. The sweet corn processors are desperate trying to find acres. After several price increases they are still coming up short this year. Another thing to consider is that this state uses way more corn than it grows. Our basis is +30. I have my corn all contracted with a local feeder as high moisture.
