Subject: JOHN BURNS 1 chance in 10 of a weather event? Talk about underestimating !!?

I am not sure where that 1 in 10 chances of a weather event adversely affecting the corn crop estimate comes fromt but it is a LOT higher than this

Its higher than that b/c of

1) the La Nina

2) so much is expected from the periphal corn growing areas
