Dutch Is right, Check first the Steering sensitivity, If it's to high this can cause "S"ing and another thing is when the signal is diminished (the PDOP is High) (3.0 or above) you can have excessive drift. Also check to make sure that the TCM is "ON" and calibrated, (which I'm sure it this is not his first rodeo and he has checked the easy things). Sometimes on the Implement a shank can slip or get bent, row unit get bent or something like that, causes a draft to one side and this may change the distance on the guess row. Just a few thing that you might check, hope this helps..
