Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Your information seems consistent with what I have experienced. We always got that style from Raven themselves. Losing settings and correct time are indications of a battery failure.
It sounds as if you have opened up the case to look for it. Notice that the battery is a chip type situation and not like most batteries. Also notice that the socket has more "holes" than the battery has "legs". This means that there will be a pair that is not used. Why they need so many legs at all on a battery is a mystery to me. Anyway, carefully observe which holes are not used so that you insert the new battey in the same way as the old.
I have not idea if a substitute is available. |
