I agree with Oliver's post also. DT and the other weathermen will hold the cards on this years corn crop, not the acreage planted. Acres don't do anything without moisture. From what I have seen there will not be too large a shift in acres from beans to corn in the I states, the shift is in other areas with much less reliable and much more weather-dependent corn yields. jmho. Came from central SD over last weekend, still very dry there...this will be a weather, not acre, corn crop.
