Does the market have to rally to get additional acres? Or were the acres they wanted already bought...Delta etc... Already reports of lack of moisture in those areas??
La'Nina could strengthen and cause widespread drought...we are in the midst of the 18.6 year cycle. 1988 all over? We are starting with more than adequate soil moisture but what happens if the guys like DT and Elwyn are right?
