Carter Montana | Installing an AL Direct Command in a sprayer with Raven stuff. The new Raven Flowmeter (RFM 60P) is giving us fits. I've checked the wiring all the way back to the flowmeter from the liquid control module by jumping across the White (signal) and Black (ground) as per AL's recommendation. I get a pulse signal on my Insight doing this.
Flow meter impeller seems to turn fine with both "magnets" still on the impeller.
That leaves the flow meter sensor to test. Anyone know if they still use Red, Black and White, as they did the rest of the harness or is the Green wire tied in somewhere.? Our testing indicates they switch to, or use the green for the sensor wire. Don't understand it completely. How does a guy bench test this part.
I'd just buy one but they also seem to be in short supply all of a sudden, and I need it running. | |
